Veg. Korma



Ingredients:
1cup Fresh Green Peas
1cup Potato cubed
1cup cauliflower
1cup French Beans cut into half inch
1 Onion chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
10 Garlic cloves
2inch Ginger chopped
8tbsp Fresh Coconut grated
1/2tbsp Turmeric powder, 1/4tbsp Asefadita, 2tbsp Coriander Powder
2tbsp Red Chili Powder, 1tbsp sabzi Masala
4cups Hot Water
4tbsp Oil
Salt to Taste

Method:
Make a fine paste of garlic, ginger, onion and freshly grated coconut,
On a High Flame heat up a kadai to that add the oil and the fine paste, stir well
Mean while also make a paste of the 2 tomatoes and add to the kadai, stir for 5 to 7 minutes,
Know add the all the above spice powders and salt to taste mix well,
Add the Vegetables and the hot water,
Cover the kadai till all the veggies are cooked and the oil surfaces.
Serve hot with Hot Phulkas and Jeera Rice.
